Delivery FAQ
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Within the Milwaukee area the delivery charge is $100 for orders of all sizes. Additional delivery charges apply for locations farther out.
Q. When do you deliver?
A. Delivery services are available during our regular business hours:
When your order is ready, one of our delivery team (Bob or Jim) will call you to work out the details and settle on a delivery time that’s convenient for you.
Q. Do I need to be home when you deliver?
A. It’s helpful, but if your order is paid for we can just drop it off. When speaking with a member of our delivery team you can let them know of a secure area to leave your order.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Absolutely! We’ll help you load it and give you some pointers on securing your windows or doors for transport. Please note we’re not responsible for damage that occurs during transportation if you pick it up yourself.
Q. How far do you deliver?
A. Most of our deliveries are within the greater Milwaukee region, but we’re willing to go farther out! We’ve delivered windows and doors to Madison, Wisconsin Dells and Northern Illinois. Our window and door prices are so competitive, customers seek us out from all over the Midwest.
